On-site registration services

For variety of cards, we offer pre-printed background and do clear label sticker printed onsite and paste on it. Or.. if the name shown on the badge isn’t necessary, we will match the RFID or QR code to delegate database and let the name shown on the computer screen instead. 

Access Control & attendees monitoring 

The whole process since the attendees coming into the meeting area, we record, identify, show and report. The software will customize upon your request, user-friendly and unique

Dashboard and report                     

You design your own theme, background and what do you want to show on screen.  What activity you need to record, what time they attend, when they receiving the meeting file, badge, coffee break, meal, what room or topic they going and etc. You can search and get the report for what you want. 




Rhythms of the music LED wristbands are wristbands that contain light-emitting diodes, radio frequency receivers and radio frequency identification technology together. They are used to light up your event, make everyone part of the show, collect data in terms of attendees monitoring and also the giveaway souvenir when you put your event logo on. Enjoy and light up your style!

The wristband consists of bright multi-color LED and strobe LED. Then the effects like smooth color changes and rapid flashes will make your event more lively. When in the meeting the LED can turn off by the controller, then it’s calm and acts as the personal identification device wait to light up again for your party after that.

And it’s available for both rent and sale!

Simultaneous Interpretation System

It’s not as easy as just to put the simultaneous interpreters sit in the sound proof booth and interpreting what they heard, then the listener will understand the speaker’s message in their own language.

Digital Infrared system

The digital infrared system uses the invisible light of infra-red, The receiver has to be under the infrared radiator’s coverage area. So many limitations should be determined. But the digital infrared is still the right choice for more than 4 booths or important international meeting.

Radiofrequency system

Interpreter booths

Interpreter booths are a must for simultaneous interpretation.
